My mom has been in the hospital and now rehab for three weeks.  She cried a total of about four times yesterday because the rehab she’s in is shitty as hell and she’s depressed on top of everything else.  She, my dad, and I are all physically and mentally worn down - the littlest thing will set me off.  I cried myself to sleep the other night after comforting my dad when he broke down in the kitchen, and then I cried on the way home from school because I can’t just call my mom and talk to her about what’s going on in my life.  I even broke down in the car again when I was talking to my best friend on the phone.  I haven’t let myself break down in front of either of my parents, because I feel like I have to be strong for both of them.

I just feel really numb right now to everything and just, ugh.
